How To Customize Responses

Customize responses to be specific for your brand & customers.

Every chargeback is different. That's why we know the importance of highly customized, tailored chargeback responses. If you'd like to change the content that's generated by Disputifier, this is a fairly simple process. 

Step 1: Navigate To Settings

You should be in the responses section by default. Simply identify the chargeback reason you want to customize (fraudulent, order not delivered, etc.) then click "Duplicate & Edit".

Step 2: Customize the chargeback

Identify the case scenario that you want to edit. Every chargeback will have different data when it comes to the customer and order status. You'll need to select the scenario you want to edit by selecting the "👍", "👎", and "✖️".

"👍"  indicates the information is favorable to your response.

"👎"  indicates the information is not favorable for your response.

"✖️"  indicates the information is not available.

Step 3: Save & enable your new chargeback response.

After clicking "Save", the last thing that you'll need to do is turn on your new template, and turn off your old template. Navigate back to the "Responses" page to do this.

Congratulations! Your new template will be used for all future chargebacks. Unfortunately, the responses for pending templates cannot currently be modified.
