How to integrate your Subscription platform to Disputifier

In this article we cover how you can connect most major subscription platforms with our application



Recharge: 

 

  1. Open the Recharge App in your CRM 

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Accounts

  4. Click on Add Account and send us an invite to hello@disputifier.com

  5. We only need permission to the following Customers & Subscriptions, Orders and Payment. 

  6. Click on Send Invite. 



 




Alternatively,

  1. Go to your store Settings

  2. Click on users

  3. Search hello@disputifier.com and go to the permission settings.

  4. Click on Edit

  5. Scroll to the bottom for App permissions and click on the check box that reads Recharge Subscriptions and Click Save. 



Skio Subscriptions:



  1. Go to your store Settings

  2. Click on users

  3. Search hello@disputifier.com and go to the permission settings.

  4. Click on Edit

  5. Scroll to the bottom for App permissions and click on the check box that reads Skio Subscriptions and Click Save. 



Sticky.io



  1.  Log into Sticky and go to Settings.



  2. Select Accounts & Permissions.



  3. Click the dropdown next to Actions.

  4. Select Add Employee.



  5. Fill in the employee information:

           
Full Name: Disputifier or Disputifier Co

Email Address: hello@disputifier.com

Password: Enter a random password. Please send this password to us via live chat,      email, or Slack.

Department: Administrator

Grant portal access: Check

2 Factor Authentication: Unchecked

  1.  Click Save.




Chargebee



  1. Go to your store Settings

  2. Click on users

  3. Search hello@disputifier.com and go to the permission settings.

  4. Click on Edit

  5. Scroll to the bottom for App permissions and click on the check box that reads Chargebee and Click Save.
