Step 1: Create a new role
- Log into the Control Panel
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner
- Click Team from the drop-down menu
- Click the Roles tab βto see a list of your existing roles
- Click the New Role button to create a new role
- Select the following role permissions:
- Credit Previous Transactions (Refunds)
- View, manage and contest disputes
- Search Customers
- Search Transactions
- Search Verifications
Step 2: Create a new user
- Log into the Control Panel
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner
- Click Team from the drop-down menu
- Click the New User button at the top of the page
- Input this information
- Email address: hello@disputifier.com
- Enable API access
- Their Control Panel role
- Select all relevant merchant account(s)
- Click the Create User button
Step 3: You're done!
