How to Integrate Disputifier with Braintree

How to connect Braintree with Disputifier to automate disputes.

Step 1: Create a new role

  1. Log into the Control Panel
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner
  3. Click Team from the drop-down menu
  4. Click the Roles tab ​to see a list of your existing roles 
  5. Click the New Role button to create a new role
  6. Select the following role permissions: 
  • Credit Previous Transactions (Refunds)
  • View, manage and contest disputes
  • Search Customers
  • Search Transactions
  • Search Verifications

Step 2: Create a new user

  1. Log into the Control Panel
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner
  3. Click Team from the drop-down menu
  4. Click the New User button at the top of the page
  5. Input this information
  • Email address: hello@disputifier.com
  • Enable API access
  • Their Control Panel role
  • Select all relevant merchant account(s)
  • Click the Create User button

    Step 3: You're done!
