If switching payment processors is not an option, we can still handle Chase Paymentech chargebacks. However, we cannot offer success-based pricing since it's impossible to track wins. Pricing for Chase Paymentech is instead charged based on transaction value:
Annual: 4.5% of chargeback total
Pay as you go: 9% of chargeback total
How to integrate Chase Paymentech with Disputifier
Step 1: Call Chase. If you haven't joined the Online Dispute Management System, you'll have to contact Chase and ask for this to be unlocked. This allows cases documents to be submitted online.
Step 2: Add another user.
- After signing in, choose "Account management" and then "Access & Security Manager"
- Choose "Add authorized user" and fill in required information, choose "Next". For "email", you can input hello@disputifier.com, for "number", you can input 19193206869. For "name" you can enter "Hello" "Disputifier"
- Review information and choose "Add user"
- Provide the username to your authorized user - they will receive an email from Chase with a temporary password to sign in
- To assign rights, start by selecting access level under each account
- Select "see activity only"
- Choose "Next" when finished and then "Next" again to confirm
