Chargeback representment is the act of submitting compelling evidence to overturn chargebacks. 

This is only done for first chargebacks. We don't contest second chargebacks, also called arbitration.

How chargeback representment works:

Step 1: Grant us access to your processor portals

Step 2: Grant us access to your CRM(s)

Step 3: Twice per week, we sync all disputes into your portal and create a response for them

Step 4: Around 2-4 days before the due date, a response is automatically submitted on your behalf

This gives you the maximum chance of winning a chargeback without any effort necessary from your team.
